However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweller or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
We need you to notify us prior to you returning any items, whether for refund or replacement. If you want to return an item, please email us immediately at return@pcjewellers.com. In the e-mail please provide your order number (if known), name, address and contact telephone number. Also let us know why you are returning the item(s), and whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund.
Please return all items unused, in their original condition and with all item labels intact. For ease, you can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely. Please also enclose inside the package a sheet with your order number, name, address and contact telephone to assist us in identification of the returned item(s).
Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with all labels intact. Any returned items must be received by us within the 30 days guarantee period, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.
